Zyvora Terms of Service

You accept these simple rules when you use Zyvora, the free streaming service for live TV, sports, regional movies and entertainment made for Indian audiences. All of our customers use Android phones, PC emulators or Android TVs. If you do not accept any part of these rules, please discontinue all use of our app immediately. These agreements and our Privacy Policy are both legally binding, serve their functions in India.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these simple rules when you use Zyvora, the free streaming service for live TV, sports, regional movies and entertainment made for Indian audiences. None of our customers use Android phones, PC emulators or Android TVs. If you do not accept any part of these rules, please discontinue all use of our app immediately. These agreements and our Privacy Policy are both legally binding, serve their functions in India.

2. Permitted and Restricted Use

Zyvora is only for your personal, household and non-business use. Watch, download and view for your own use, but shall not redistribute, copy, sell; rent or use any aspect of our service for business purposes. You also can’t modify the app in any manner that violates our policies, use our information feeds for public events and share our content on other platforms. You can do that so long as your use of our services is also in a responsible manner that respects the rights of other users and content creators.

3. User Responsibility and Device Security

The use of Zyvora is solely at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your device. You are also liable for anything shared on your phone or TV, even if it’s done in a family or friend setting. While you don’t need an account for this, you do need to protect your device and use trusted internet connections while staying away from things like apps and utilities that will corrupt your system. If you notice anything unusual happening on any of your devices related to Zyvora, make sure to immediately stop using the app and verify that your device is safe. You will be responsible for damage to your device or loss of data arising as a consequence of careless use.

4. Service Availability and Modifications

We do make every effort to maintain Zyvora working for all Indians, but occasionally we are required to upgrade, repair or take part of our service offline temporarily. This will occur when there is a high level of traffic — such that you may experience at live sporting events, for example, cricket matches — or when content licenses are revoked. We cannot guarantee that all material will always be accessible at any given time, nor can we guarantee that streaming and access to posted material will not stop or slow down due to Internet technical issues beyond our reasonable control. We can also remove or add functionality to improve your experience at any time without notice.

5. Governing Law and Terms Updates

The laws of India apply to these terms. Indian law will apply to any problems or disagreements that come up. We may change our Terms of Service from time to time to keep them in line with the law or new features. The updated version will be part of the app as we keep redesigning it. You agree to the new conditions if you keep using Zyvora after the changes go live. All we want is for every Indian viewer to have a safe, fair, and pleasant environment to watch.
