Zyvora DMCA and Copyright Policy
Zyvora
respects the intellectual property rights of authors, studios, sports leagues and OTT platforms and other rights owners. We understand that each Bollywood film, Tamil soap opera, live IPL match and kids show on our platform involved the painstaking work of many creative people. This DMCA Policy sets out the steps we take to comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and India’s Copyright Act of 1957. It also explains how we handle claims of copyright infringement on Zyvora, which is accessible on Android, PC (via emulators), as well as Android TV for Indian audiences.
1. Compliance & Response to Copyright Infringement
We take copyright very seriously and have a strict policy to respond promptly to all valid notices of alleged copyright infringement. As soon as we receive a validated claim, we will cease dissemination of the allegedly illegal content immediately by removing and/or blocking access to such content.
2. Repeat Violation Penalties
We also have strict penalties in place for people who break the rules multiple times:
a warning on their first offense
a temporary suspension on their second
permanent banishment after a third violation
We have a zero-tolerance policy on copyright and we would like our users to respect the rights of artists too be it a regional indie film or a live cricket broadcast or an OTT original here.
3. Notice Requirements
If you are the copyright owner or authorized agent of the copyright owner and believe that Zyvora has content in violation of your work, please submit a formal notice by including: This must include a physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, a description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed upon, and information concerning where we may locate the infringing material (for example, title, genre and type — e.g., "Telugu movie," "IPL highlight clip") so that we can find it quickly, your valid contact information (address and phone number), a statement by you made in good faith that use identified above is not authorized by you or your agent or the law, along with a statement made under penalty of perjury that all of the above information is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
4. Counter-Notification Process
We also let people file a counter-notification if they believe their content was removed by mistake. If you believe that the content is fair use according to Indian and international copyright law or you have legal grounds to share it (example, publicly available sports highlights or commercially-licensed regional content) then you can appeal by sending a counter-notification along with the required information (your contact information and a good faith statement saying that it was in error). We’ll review your claim quickly, and if it’s valid, we’ll restore the content — unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit within the deadline.
5. Our Commitment
Zyvora wants to balance respecting copyright holders' rights with users' fair use rights. Its plan also is to run a legal and ethical streaming service for Indian audiences We thoroughly review each and every infringement notice and counter-notice. We aim to resolve claims quickly with the least amount of hassle while still observing the law and serving our community, which includes cricket fans, families and regional-language speakers.
